JAMMU, Dec 15: Affecting large scale promotions in Police Prosecution Wing, the State Government today promoted two Joint Directors, three Deputy Directors, five Chief Prosecuting Officers and 29 Senior Prosecuting Officers.
According to an order, issued by the Home Department, two Joint Directors Mushtaq Ahmad Pandit and Mukhtar Ahmad Shah have been promoted as Incharge Directors Prosecution in their own pay and grade.
In a separate order, Deputy Director Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, Mufti Ahmad and Pawan Kumar Gupta have been promoted as Incharge Joint Director Prosecution while Chief Prosecuting Officers Gulshan Ahmed Kaloo, Ichpal Singh, Syed Abdul Bar, Ruyaz Ahmad Darzi and Parshotam Lal Sharma are promoted as Incharge Deputy Directors.
29 Senior Prosecuting Officers, who have been promoted as Incharge Chief Prosecuting Officers, include Harminder Singh, Suresh Kumar, Prashan Mahajan, Aijaz Hussain, Javaid Ahmad Bhat, Davinder Paul Singh, Mohd Maqbool Shah, Vikrant Sharma, Ashish Rathore, Ch Jeelani Dar, Ashiq Hussain, Meena Gowahar, Sheikh Muzafar Ahmad, Aijaz Ahmad Wani, Zamir Ahmad, Sanjay Kohli, Mumtaz Saleem Mir, Anil Magotra, Bodh Raj, Javid Ahmad Khawaja, Ab Majid Bhat, Surinder Kumar, Maqbool Hussain, Kishore Kumar Bandral, Shaheen Ahmad, Rajesh Gill, Ranjit Bhadur Bandral and Rajesh Bakshi.
