JAMMU, May 18: The Investiture Ceremony of Crescent Public School for the academic session 2018-19 was held in a special ceremony in the school premises, here today.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp and hosting of school Flag followed by the school song “The Blazing Sun of CPS is blooming from the Sky..”
The Managing Director of the School, Tasneem Kousar and Principal, Bhavna Bhan Kaushal presented the badges and sashes to the elected students. It was followed by the oath-taking ceremony.
Mrs Kaushal, Principal CPS advised the members of newly elected Students Council to set a high standard for all other Crescentians to emulate.
Smiling and jubilant, the Students Council silently vowel to act as role models for the rest of Crescentians.
The vote of thanks was presented by Senior Co-ordinator of the School.
The ceremony concluded with National Anthem.
