JAMMU, May 20: A man succumbed to his burn injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police official, the man identified as Joginder Kumar (30) son of Paras Ram, resident of Seebala (Ramnagar), was shifted here at GMCH on May 18 after he suffered severe burn injuries in a fire incident occurred due to leakage of domestic gas at his residence.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 7 AM. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
