JAMMU, May 20: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Janipur Mandal organized one day Mandal Working Committee meeting at Arya Samaj Mandir, Janipur, Ward No. 37 under the presidentship of Mandal president, Vijay Sharma.
Sat Pal Sharma, Minister for Housing & Urban Development was the chief guest on the occasion. In his address Sat Sharma informed about the various development works undertaken in Jammu by PHE, PWD, JMC, PDD. The schemes and policies of the Union Government were discussed in detail and feedback from the workers was taken.
In the meeting booth wise program was charted out for the 83 polling booths of Janipur Mandal. On the occasion, Vijay Sharma, president, Janipur Mandal informed that some works were completed in different wards. District president, Ayoudha Gupta also informed about the various party activities held by Janipur Mandal from time to time.
Praduman Singh publicity secretary was advised to regularly attend the party meeting and discuss the works sanctioned by the Union and the State Governments for the welfare of the general public. Sat Sharma also interacted with the workers one by one and took the feedback regarding the working of Government and the officials.
He also assured that now the development schemes will be implemented in a time bound manner. Raveesh Mengi, Ramesh Khajuria, Sardar Balbir Singh, Parshotam Dogra, Sangeeta Verma, Asha Gupta, Balbir Gupta, Jai Singh Chib, Yash pal Gupta, Rakesh Sethi, Ashu Gupta, Ravi Gupta and Ward 37 president, Sahil Gupta were also present on the occasion.
