JAMMU, Dec 16: All India Punjab National Bank Officers Federation (Affiliated to AIBOA) organised a seminar on Disciplinary Action Procedures (DAP) for the Officers, here today.
T R Verma general secretary AIPNBOF was the chief guest in the seminar which was inaugurated by BL Saraf, former District & Sessions Judge, former Member State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum J&K, Anwar Choudhary Senior Advocate High Court, former Additional Advocate General and Comrade Arun Kumar Gupta, secretary Federation, graced the occasion as guests of honour.
They dwelt upon the issue in detail which was very informative as very authentic information on the various intricacies of the issue was imparted out of their practical experience over a long period of exposure to such issues.
BD Sharma Chairman and R K Shokeen member DAC committee conducted the programme as faculty throughout the day, wherein, nearly 100 participants participated and were educated on the subject in view of increasing staff side cases in Punjab National Bank.
A compendium was prepared which was compiled by B D Sharma and was distributed amongst the participants. Federation general secretary T R Verma was all praise to the Jammu Unit of the Association for taking a lead to organise such a seminar.
Ashwani Pradhan president PNBOA concluded the seminar.
The seminar was also attended by Comrade Sajjan Singh general secretary PNBOA Punjab State, TP Sharma and Yudhvir Saini secretary / president PNBOA, Kapurthala Circle and VK Dutta general secretary.
The seminar was arranged by the local unit of Punjab National Bank Officers Association J&K Jammu Circle.
