JAMMU, Dec 17: A Vaishno Devi pilgrim died due to heart attack while on way to holy cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra, district Reasi.
Police spokesman said that, Sanjeev Sharma, son of Des Raj of Amritsar, suffered heart attack at Himkoti area in Trikuta hills.
He was rushed to nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead, spokesman informed.
The body was handed over to family members after completion of legal formalities, he added.
