REASI, May 29: Following reports of epidemic like situation in the area, the Chief Medical Officer Reasi has constituted a Rapid Task Force to investigate outbreak of gastroenteritis in the district.
The Rapid Task Force committee comprises of four members, including Dr Rajinder Kumar ( District Health Officer Reasi), Dr Sunil Raina ( Consultant Physician at CHC Katra), Bashir Ahmed ( Sr Lab Technician at DH Reasi) and Rattan Lal (Food Safety Officer, Katra).
The committee members shall investigate into the reasons for outbreak of gastroenteritis in the Reasi district where scores of such patients are being reported in the hospitals.
