JAMMU, June 4: The displaced PDD employees are without salaries for April and May.
In a statement issued here, today president of Displaced PDD Employees Welfare Association, M K Tickoo has urged the Government to release the salaries of two months to the employees immediately.
He said that despite the repeated pleas of the Association the authorities have failed to release the salaries of the employees who are facing many hardships owing to that.
Tickoo has made an appeal to Power Minister, Sunil Sharma seeking his immediate intervention in the matter. He said many employees are unable to pay school fee and manage admissions of their wards in higher classes and professional colleges due to non payment of salaries for last two months.
