KISHTWAR, June 10: Police has booked two motorcyclists for trespassing in Chowgan ground.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abrar Chowdhary said that cases under FIR Numbers 156/2018 and 157/18 under Sections 188, 279 and 336 RPC have been registered against Charanjit Singh, son of Gain Chand of Pochal and Rahul Kumar, son of Bansi Lal, both residents of Pochal for trespassing in Chowgan ground.
He stated that despite wide publicity of the order under provision 144 CrPC the violators’ one hell bent to break and disobey the regulation. There will be no compromise or any relaxation on violation of 144 CrPC and trespass in Chowgan, SSP added.
He advised the youth/bikers not to bring any kind of vehicle in Chowgan ground as the same will invite action against them and the action is nothing short of direct registration of FIR against the violator.
