KATHUA, June 15: Pensioners Welfare Association Kathua in a meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of its general secretary, Disher Singh highlighted their demands.
As per a release, addressing the meeting district president of the Association, Amar Nath Dogra, urged the Chief Minister for releasing the arrears of the 7th Pay Commission in favour of pensioners in one go.
He also urged her to issue the orders for release of family pension in favour of pensioners from January 1, 2016.
Tara Singh chief organizer of the Association demanded enhancement of Medical Allowance.
