JKGBOA holds General House meeting

JAMMU, June 25: J&K Grameen Bank Officers Association under the chairmanship of Amit Laira held its General House meeting in which more than 250 members of the association participated.
The Association felicitated all the members retired from January 2017 to May 2018 and presented mementos and gifts to all the retired members.
The Association celebrated the victory of Pension/NPS issue settled by Supreme Court of India at par with National Commercial Bank wef 1993. The local as well as national demands were discussed in the General House. The Association assured the members that every possible step shall be taken to address the grievances of common members.
Rashpal Choudhary, General Secretary of the Association highlighted the main demands and assured the members that the management of the bank will be approached for the settlement of their genuine demands.
Those who spoke in the meeting were Amit Laira President of Officer Union, Lalit Hans, Abhishek Gupta, Makhan Singh, Ranjeet Kapoor and Gurmeet Kour.
In the end, Moti Lal Bhat presented the vote of thanks.
