DF&SS take out protest march

JAMMU, Dec 20: Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (DF&SS) today took out a protest rally against CAPD Department and demanded action against those, who were caught by the police along with Government ration meant for the residents of Panjtirthi.
Amid slogans, the workers of DF&SS took out a protest rally from Raghunath Mandir via Jewel Chowk, which concluded at Press Club.
While speaking, Ashok Gupta, president, DF&SS demanded immediate action against those who were arrested along with Government ration meant for the people of Panjtirthi.
The department has announced 35 kg Ration for APL and 45 kg for BPL but the dealers are only providing 22 kg Ration in Jammu city and 10 kg in rural areas, he added.
Gupta stated that this is happening as the ration card of the people had expired and demanded issuance of new Ration cards so that black marketing of Government ration may come to an end.
Among others present were Kimti Choudhary, Prem Kumar, Geeta Devi, Santosh Kumari, etc.
