JAMMU, July 7: Bakshi Nagar police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bakshi Nagar Police Station conducted raid and nabbed an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Harmeet Singh, son of Rajinder Singh, a resident of Reshamgarh Colony, Jammu.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 146/13 with Police Station Bakshi Nagar.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Naresh Kumar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO West Pranav Mahajan and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
