JAMMU, July 7: Arnia police arrested a woman and recovered illicit liquor from her possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Arnia Police Station conducted raid in village Kathar and arrested a lady along with 4 litres of illicit liquor, which she had concealed in her house.
A case under FIR Number 41/18 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Arnia Inspector Rajesh Khajuria made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Sourabh Prashar and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
