4 cattle rescued, driver arrested

JAMMU, July 19: Sidhra police rescued four cattle and arrested the driver.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Sidhra Police Post laid a naka on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway and intercepted a Mahindra Pick Up bearing registration number JK02BJ-5398.
During checking, police rescued 4 cattle from the vehicle and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Bagh Ali, son of Gaiya, a resident of Bawla Chak, Tehsil Vijaypur, District Samba.
A case under Sections 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Nagrota and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Sidhra Police Post SI Shariq Bhat rescued the cattle and arrested the driver under the supervision of SHO Nagrota Inspector Deepak Pathania, SDPO Yashbir Singh and SP Rural Dushyant Sharma.
