JAMMU, July 26: On the eve of Murthi Sthapna Divas of Baba Lal Ji and Lord Hanuman Ji, Sangram Sena under the president ship of Ram Ratan Raina organized 49th Maha Rudhra Yagya and Bhandara at Mata Kol Kandoli Temple, Nagrota, here today.
Baba Chanchal Singh was the chief guest on the occasion while Sandeep Gupta (AEE PWD) was the guest of honour. The function started with performing rituals i.e. “Kanya Poojan” and Yagya and culminated with “felicitation of elders” and Bhandara.
Brig (Retd) Des Raj Sharma, RP Sharma (Retired Chief Conservator Forest), Ashok Gandotra, (president, Freedom Fighters’ Association, Sudhir Padha (chairman, Divine Touch), members of Sewa Samiti, Brij Mehra (president, Jammu Pragrati Manch) and Thakur Karnail Chand (Raghunath Mandir Sewa Samiti) also participated in the function.
