MENDHAR, July 29: Senior National Conference leader and Member Legislative Assembly Mendhar, Javed Rana has said that the former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti should not shed crocodile tears as her party is responsible for bringing destruction in the State.
Addressing a public meeting at Gali Kalaban, Rana said that the National Conference had tried to bring Jammu and Kashmir on the path of political stability and economic prosperity. In last just three years, PDP has ruined this State badly and by aligning with the BJP, it has proved a big failure in every respect.
Rana further said that PDP was cautioned by the National Conference not to go for an alliance with the BJP and had offered unconditional support to it, but the PDP chief had rejected the offer of grand alliance and went ahead to form the Government with the Saffron party, which has proved disastrous for the State.
NC MLA insisted that Mehbooba should keep her own house in order rather than blaming BJP for trying to create division within PDP. He said after failing miserably, Mehbooba is making lame excuses. But she should better understand that public of the State can’t be befooled again and again. There is an anger among the people against both the parties and are happy to see both these parties out of the Government.
