JAMMU, July 31: A meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) was held today under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita its president.
In the meeting various issues relating to Kashmiri Pandit migrant community were discussed.
While addressing the participants Shadi Lai Pandita expressed his grave concern over failure of authorities to post the Principal in the Government Higher Secondary School Jagti for past about four months. He said that some four months back the Principal of this institution was transferred but no substitute has been posted in his place which has adversely affected the students. A demand has been made to the authorities concerned for ensuring early posting of Principal to this school.
Pandita further said that presently the post of Physical Education Lecturer as well as Lecturer Sociology are lying vacant this too has adversely affected the educational career of the students. A demand has been made for early filling of the vacant posts and ensuring adequate staff in the institution for best interests of the students.
