DODA, Dec 25: All India Students Federation Doda today organised a candle light protest at Old Bus Stand Doda city in support of the students protesting in New Delhi against the gang rape incident in a moving bus at New Delhi.
The students assembled at Old Bus Stand from where they took out a candle light march while shouting slogans in support of the rape victim and also capital punishment to the accused.
On the occasion AISF district president Mukesh Parihar said that J&K Government should also formulate some hard, strict and speedy provisions against such types of incidents so that the rapist could not take any edge.
Besides students, general public also joined the protest.
