CP workers’ delegation meets Soz

JAMMU, Dec 27: A delegation of Community Participation workers of PHE led by State INTUC chief Shiv Kumar Sharma met the PCC chief Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz and apprised him of their problems here today.
The delegation under the supervision of PYC leader Pranav Shagotra submitted a memorandum to Prof Soz depicting charter of demands. They demanded that CP workers be regularised, their wages be given in time and the same should be enhanced. The ITI workers who have completed 5 years service should also be regularized.
They alleged that poor CP workers are not paid for months together and department should ensure them regular wages. Prof Soz listened to their issues and assured to take up the same with the concerned minister. Trade unionists Pushkar Bakshi, Sham Lal and Ashok Kumar were also accompanying.
