MUMBAI, May 3: The German luxury car manufacturer Audi today launched its fuel efficient new Audi A4 Car in the country at the Mahalaxmi Race course.
The Company’s head in India Mr Micchael Perschke told reporters that the company is expecting sales of approximately 8000 cars in the current year.
He said the new Audi A4 offers a dynamic design, efficient driving dynamics and stylish interiors.
Audi continues to be the fastest growing luxury car brand in India in the sports car segment and in the luxury SUV segment he said adding Audi plans to expand its network to 25 dealerships by the end of 2012 from its existing 18 centres.
The new Audi A4 is priced upwards of Rs 27 lakh and offers an improved fuel efficiency of 15.64 km/l on an average of 10 percent as compared to the Audi A4. (UNI)
