SRINAGAR, Aug 26: Srinagar police today initiated legal action against a group of miscreants who were roaming haphazardly and creating nuisance at Sanat-Nagar Housing Colony here thereby annoying the local residents.
A police spokesman said that an appropriate action under law has been initiated against 17 youth to check nuisance.
He said Police Station Saddar seeks cooperation of the respectable citizens of the area to check the spread of public nuisance.
