JAMMU, Sept 4: J&K HoD Cadre Stenographers Association in a meeting here today chaired by Mohd Latif Qureshi, Association President raised their demands.
A handout listed these demands as induction of HoD Cadre Private Secretaries into KAS in order to provide them equal opportunities of promotions in career through cadre review.
Another demand was creation of further 187 posts of Senior Scale Stenographers and 155 posts of Private Secretaries.
One more demand of the Association was pooling of the post of Junior Scale Stenographers of HoD Cadre and maintaining of common seniority like that of Senior Scale Stenographers of HoD at one place in GAD and also inter departmental transfers.
