JAMMU, Sept 12: Division Bench of the State High Court comprising First Puisne Judge Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta today granted two weeks time for filing compliance report in terms of order dated June 6, 2018 regarding Ambphalla-Janipur road widening.
When the PIL came-up for hearing, Senior AAG HA Siddiqui appearing for the State sought time for filing compliance and the same was granted.
On June 6, 2018, the DB had directed the Planning and Finance Departments to release money in favour of the Public Works Department by the time process of tendering is finalized and the process of shifting of PDD utilities is undertaken simultaneously with a view to avoid any further delay in the matter.
