UDHAMPUR, Sept 26: A Jawan of ITBP was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his unit in Padano Garhi, Udhampur, where he was posted.
The deceased was identified as Head Constable of ITBP 15th Bn, Uttam Chand (50), son of Balbant Singh of Krishan Pur, Tehsil Heranagar, District Kathua. He was presently posted at Padano Garhi Udhampur unit where he was found unconscious under mysterious circumstances. He was immediately shifted to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared him as brought dead.
