JAMMU, Sept 27: Excise Magistrate Jammu Madan lal today awarded 2 years imprisonment to Jagmeet Singh, a truck driver, who was facing trial in causing death due to rash driving.
After hearing Senior PO Jatinder Anand for the State whereas Advocate GS Sarkaria appearing for the accused, the court observed, “prosecution has proved the charges of offence under Section 304-A as such the driver is awarded two years imprisonment”.
