SAMBA, Jan 13: Police today arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 2700 intoxicant capsules from their possession.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs police party from Samba police station intercepted Arun Kumar, son of Tarlok Chand of Reshamgarh Colony and Rajesh Kumar, son of Bachan Massih of Nowshera, Gurdaspur, Punjab.
During checking, police recovered 2700 intoxicants from their possession and arrested both of them, spokesman added.
A case under FIR number 7/13 under Sections 8/21/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Police Station Samba and investigation started.
