JAMMU, Sept 28: SKUAST-Teaching Association Jammu (SKUAST-TAJ) accorded a warm farewell to Dr SK Mondal (Professor, Division of Plant Breeding & Genetics) and Shashi Prabha (Assistant Librarian, Central Library, Chatha) who are going to superannuate on September 30 after rendering distinguished services of 30 years.
VC, Dr Pradeep K Sharma, wished the retiring officials a healthy/prosperous post retired life. President, Teaching Association, Dr Vikas Sharma listed Dr Mondal’s and Shashi Prabha’s achievements/contributions in the discipline of Plant Breeding and Library Sciences, respectively.
The advisors, office bearers/executives of Teaching Association also wished the retiring officials a happy life after retirement. Besides, all the statutory officers, HODs, Faculty members, the function was attended by Dr KS Risam (Director Extension), Dr Deepak Kher (Director Planning), Dr DP Abrol (Dean Agriculture), Dr Seh Rizvi (Dean Basic Sciences), Dr RK Arora (I/c KVKs) and president, Non Teaching, PDK Uppal.
