Retirees accorded warm send off

JAMMU, Sept 29: Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to SK Chibber, Subject Matter Specialist (Regional Level) Jammu who retired today after rendering 36 years of service to the Department.
Director of Agriculture, Jammu, HK Razdan, speaking on the occasion wished him a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. He lauded the retiring officer for rendering his valuable and exemplary services at different levels for the welfare of farming community.
Warm wishes were also extended to other retiring officers and staff of the Department namely Jai Gopal Sharma, District Agriculture Officer (Extension) Jammu, Subash Chander Gupta, MDO Kathua, Chander Shekher, Mushroom Development Assistant, Jammu, Krishan Lal, JAEO Reasi, Kishori Lal, Field Assistant-II, ASCO Kathua, Mohd Iqbal Butt, Field Assistant-II, Kishtwar and Abdul Rashid, PP Operator, Samba.
A warm farewell was also given to Ashok Kumar Gandotra, Superintending Engineer, PMGSY Circle Jammu, who attained superannuation on September 30 after rendering more than 36 years of service. Staff of PMGSY Circle Jammu wished him a very happy, healthy and satisfactory post retirement life.
On attaining the age of superannuation, Pinky Kohli was given a warm farewell by the officers and staff of Collector, Land Acquisition (PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Department, Jammu) in a function organized here today. The officers and staff wished the retiring official a happy and healthy post retirement life.
The Jammu University SC/ST Employees Association today organized a function to extend affectionate farewell to their colleague, Des Raj Nandan, who retired today as Section Officer on attaining the age of superannuation and after rendering 38 years of unblemished service in the University. The Association president, RL Kaith wished the retiring official a prosperous, healthy and happy post retirement life.
Staff and students of Government High School Behri (Samba), in a function organized at school premises, gave a warm send off to Master Vikram Singh Sambyal on his superannuation today. All the staff members and students wished the retiring Master a happy and healthy retired life.
A warm send off was also given to Ramesh Lal, Chauffer of PHE Department, Driver Cleaners’ Union, who retired today from PHE Mechanical Rural Division, Jammu. The farewell function was organized by the PHE Department Driver Cleaners’ Union. All the colleagues of the retiring official and members of the union wished him a healthy and prosperous retired life.
