KATHUA, Oct 4:A teen-ager died after his motorcycle skidded on the road and hit with a passenger matador at College road here, today.
He was identified as Rohit Kumar Sharma, 18, son of Devanand Sharma of Ward Number 14 Kathua and a student of Higher Secondary classes.
Police said the motorcyclist was in fast speed and after reaching on College road, he could not control the bike while taking a turn and it skidded on the road hitting a matador. He fell in a pool of blood on the road and was shifted to District Hospital in the same matador where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body of the youth was handed over to parents after postmortem for last rites. The driver of the matador was arrested and vehicle seized.
