JAMMU, Jan 16: On the occasion of Army Day the Rashtriya Rifles troops organised a blood donation camp at Jhangar, Nowshera tehsil.
The function was organised by the Rashtriya Rifles battalion in co-ordination with the civil administration. The function was presided over by the officials of both the Army and the Civil from District Hospital, Rajouri and Nowshera besides Red Cross society.
The enthusiasm among the blood donors (Army troops) was visible, which was seen by the large contribution of over 120 units of blood by the Army Personnel. The local administration, civilians and officials highly appreciated the zeal and initiative taken by the Army.
