RAJOURI, Oct 13: The police today arrested two absconders who were evading their arrest for last nine years.
The police identified one of the absconders as Khurshid Ahmed, son of Mohd Sharief, resident of Deri Leyote in Manjakote.
He was involved in case FIR No. 54/2009 u/s 341/336/355 RPC of Police Station Manjakote. After arrest he has been produced in the local court. The said accused person was absconding for the last 9 years.
Arrest was made by SHO Manjakote, Ajaz Haider under supervision of SDPO Manjakote Dr Imtiyaz Ahmed.
Another absconder namely, Manzoor Hussain, son of Ghulam Hussain, resident of Dalyote, Kalakot has been arrested by police. He was involved in case FIR No 5/2016 u/ s 447/147/323 RPC of Police Station, Kalakote.
His arrest was made by SHO Kalakote Insp Mustaj Ahmed under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera, Khaliq Hussain.
