NEW DELHI: SC clarifies sale of crackers other than green crackers banned in Delhi NCR this festival season.
Firecrackers can be sold in other parts of the country, but not Delhi-NCR, in this festival season said SC.
SC says crackers can be burst in TN, Puducherry and other southern states for one hour in the morning and from 9 pm-10 pm.
