JAMMU, Jan 19: AYC president Wasim Kohli held a meeting with the residents of Kalakote constituency and listened to their grievances.
The residents apprised Kohli about shortage of teachers in the Government schools of Dalhori and Sahote.
They said that all the schools in the constituency are in worst condition as there are no sufficient classrooms and students have to suffer. They added rainy water has entered into the classrooms and there is water logging everywhere in the schools compound.
Meanwhile, representatives of Gujjar-Bakwerwal community apprised him about the hardships being faced by them due to shortage of ration items including rice, sugar and other essential commodities.
Wasim Kohli assured them that he will take up the matter with the authorities for an early redressal.
