RAJOURI, Nov 13: Five more persons have been taken into preventive custody by Rajouri police who include four from Rajouri town and one from Nowshera.
The four persons taken into preventive custody in Rajouri include, Yasir Lone, son of Mohammad Shafi, resident of Malik Market Rajouri, Munawar Farooq, son of Mohammad Farooq, a resident of Ward No. 2 Rajouri, Waqar Ahmed, son of Manzoor Hussain, resident of Ward No. 9 Rajouri and Rishab Sharma, son of Rajeev Sharma, resident of Ward No 9, Rajouri.
They have been detained under sections 107/151/110 CrPC by the orders of Executive Magistrate, Rajouri which has been implemented by a Police team headed by SHO Rajouri, Ajaz Haider under the supervision of DySP HQrs Govind Rattan.
Meanwhile, a notorious drug-peddler- cum- addict from a village in Nowshera area of the district was also taken into preventive custody.
The man taken into preventive custody is an addict of alcohol as well as other narcotic substances. He has been identified as Payar Hussain, son of Alam Din, a resident of Kote Dabbar in Nowshera.
He has been detained under section 107/151/110 CrPC on the basis of order issued by Executive Magistrate in Nowshera and order has been implemented by police team headed by SHO Nowshera Mohammad Amin.
