SAMBA, Nov 23: Senior Congress leader, Arun Sharma today ruled out any alliance of his party with National Conference (NC) and People Democratic Party (PDP) in Assembly elections.
Addressing press conference, at Vijaypur today, Sharma said that Congress party will not have any alliance with National Conference and PDP in the next Assembly elections. He appealed to the party workers and likeminded people to work hard for ensuring victory of likeminded candidates in the ongoing Panchayat elections in their respective areas in district Samba.
Party leadership was very clear to go alone in the forthcoming Assembly elections. There is zero possibility of Congress entering into any alliance in Assembly election and this has been made clear by our leadership, he added.
