JAMMU, May 5: The Civils conducted extensive mock interview drill for the forthcoming KAS interview, in which hundreds of KAS aspirants participated.
During the drill, the panel of experts included Rajeev Ranjan (IAS), Dr Shalinder Mishra (IPS), Shabir A Khan (KPS Topper 2009) Dr Sareer A Mir (KAS), Dr Ela Chowdary (KAS), Dr Ranjeet Kotwal (KAS), Ashraf Iqbal (KAS), Khabir (KAS). The Panel of experts later gave an extensive feedback to every aspirant.
Chief spokesperson, The Civils, Irshad Ahmad Khan, said that such mock drills will be conducted in future also which play a very crucial role in building of confidence among aspirants. He added that special mock drills will be conducted at Civils branch office Srinagar from May 9.
Various questions relating to social, economic, political, geographical issues were asked with main focus on J&K and bio-data profile of candidate.
Dr Ela Choudhary (Psychoanalysist) stressed upon how to maintain psychological balance in interview.
