JAMMU, May 5 : MLA East Ashok Khajuria today inaugurated a computer lab at Government Hari Singh Higher Secondary School, Jammu equipped with five systems provided by the MLA out of his constituency development fund.
The school management had organised a colourful inaugural function which was among others attended by Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma, Director Floriculture K. K. Sharma, Chief Education Officer N. R. Dingra, and other dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA exhorted upon the students to drive maximum benefit from the computers, adding that computer literacy has become vital for making a mark in every field of life.
Suresh Chander Verma, Principal of the School thanked Ashok Khajuria for providing computers and also showing keen interest in improving the facilities in the school for the benefit of students.
