RAJOURI, Dec 3: Accusing dynastic rulers in the State of creating confusion among people, Member Legislative Council (MLC), Adv. Vibodh Gupta today said that leaders should refrain from resorting to any kind of such politics which further alienates the masses.
While addressing series of meetings in Moughla and Teryath areas of Rajouri, Gupta near here he said former CM, Omar Abdullah in his yesterday’s tweet accused Governor of tampering with PRC while Governor denied any such move. This is an example of despair among dynasty politicians, he added.
“Dynastic politicians want to come in power at the earliest and are even indulging in false practices for petty votes bank politics,” Gupta said.
Vibodh further said that people in Jammu and Kashmir are moving towards such a political structure in which power lies with the hand of masses and therefore dynastic politicians are feeling that their space has been squeezed now. “J&K is shifting from dynastic rule to development mode”, he added.
Gupta also accused previous governments of State of poor development in Moughla and Teryath areas. He said, BJP Government ensured proper development so that people from all walks of life in the village are benefitted.
He informed about a number of ongoing development projects initiated by Modi Government in rural areas. During his day long tour to this far flung area, people briefed Legislator about the general issues and put forth a number of demands also. He assured early redressal of genuine demands.
Other prominent persons who were accompanying MLC during his tour include former Sarpanch Baldev Singh, Rakesh Raina, Rakesh Kumar, Gourav Saith, Suresh Kumar, Anchal Singh, Rohit Sharma, Thakur Dinesh Singh and other locals of the villagers Ghaivaas, Moughla and Teryath.
