JAMMU, Dec 7: Gangyal police reunited a missing minor girl with family members.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged today by Prabhu Kumar, son of Suraj Bhagat, a resident of Bihar, at present Bandu Rakh with Police Station Gangyal stating that his 10-year-old daughter has been missing since yesterday.
Acting over the complaint, a case under relevant sections was registered at Gangyal Police Station and hunt was launched to trace out the missing girl.
On specific information, a team from Gangyal Police Station traced out the missing minor girl and after completing legal formalities, handed over to family members.
Police team led by SHO Gangyal SI Nayat Ali reunited the girl with the family under the supervision of SDPO South Dr Sunniya Ashkoor Wani, SP South Vinay Sharma and DIG JKS Range/SSP Jammu Vivek Gupta.
