JAMMU, Dec 9: A free medical camp by Medanta—The Medicity was organized at Manda Walkway today.
The consultation was for general health check up and pain management. The camp received overwhelming response and more than 100 patients were enrolled for medical check up.
Dr Arvind Sharma of Internal Medicine did thorough check up for all medical problems including diabetes, heart, high blood pressure, pulmonary disorders and screening of all ailments and their follow up.
Dr Monika Goel of Pain Management did detailed consultation of patients of their pain, injury and further treatment to get relief from further suffering. Free blood sugar, BP, ECG and PFT tests by Redlab through Medanta were provided to the patients.
Sudhanshu Sharma and Ashutosh Gupta managed this programme.
Prof M S Nargal, Chairman, We Care Welfare Society, Jammu, spoke about this newly formed society and its present activities and future programmes.
