Govt forms committee for redressing grievances of employees

JAMMU, Dec 11: The State Government today constituted a Service Grievance Committee for redressing service grievances of the Government employees.
The committee, headed by K K Sharma, Advisor to the Governor, shall hear grievances on service related matters of Government employees and take appropriate action in each case.
As per schedule drawn by itself, the committee shall meet individual petitioners at least once a week to address their issues.
Umang Narula, Principal Secretary to the Governor; Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary Industries & Commerce Department; Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department and Hilal Ahmad Parray, Commissioner secretary GAD, are Members of the committee, which shall be services by the Planning, Development & Monitoring Department (Public Grievances Cell).
