JAMMU, Dec 13: District Judge Ritesh Kumar Dubey has been appointed as One Man Forest Authority on deputation basis.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Department of Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs on the recommendation of High Court.
Meanwhile, according to a separate order, Nazir Ahmad Thakur, Special Secretary under orders of adjustment in the Department, has been transferred and posted in the office of J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority along with the post with immediate effect.
