JAMMU, Dec 13: V.S.K. Kaumudi, Addl. DG CRPF, today met Governor Satya Pal Malik here at the Rajbhavan and briefed him about the current internal security scenario in the State.
The Governor lauded the role of CRPF in the peaceful conduct of the recently concluded Panchayat polls in the State.
G.M. Shaheen, State Party President, Janata Dal United also met Governor and discussed a range of issues related to public welfare and congratulated him for the peaceful conduct of just concluded Panchayat and Urban Local Bodies polls.
The Governor urged Shaheen to continue his sustained endeavours for promoting public good.
