JAMMU, Dec 17: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Government Teachers Forum, led by Amar Nath Thakur, called on Director School Education Jammu and submitted a memorandum of demands of Incharge cadres and Teachers.
The demands, highlighted in the memorandum, included, regularization of all incharge cadres as per SAC directions, installation of CCTV camera in all exam centres to transparency in selection by recruitment agencies like SSRB, PSC, 7th Pay Commission to Masters and Teachers under SSA and RMSA, rational transparent transfer policy, adjustment of surplus Lecturers and Masters without delay, DPCs of all cadres and 10+2 lecturers in all streams at the earliest, no surveys and election duties for teaching staff, etc.
The JKGTF also demanded that other department officers or officials, other than JKBOSE may not be appointed as supervisory staff in Board exam of 10th, 11th and 12th of School Education Department. It also demanded establishment of Human Recourse Management Cell in the School Education Department and creation of supporting staff in all hanging Education zone like Bhaddu, Mahanpur, Lakhanpur, Sallan, Marheen of Kathua Distt and other zones of the States.
The Director gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured that all possible would be done on all demands.
The JKGTF delegation comprised of Taramani, Rakesh Singh, Ravesh Kumar, Daleep Kumar, Des Raj, Prem Nath, Daleep Dhar and others.
