JAMMU, Dec 18: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Ashwani Sharma has rejected the bail application of Waqar Bhatti, who used seditious words against security forces.
After hearing Senior PO Rohit Gupta with Prosecuting Officer Arvind Manhas for the State whereas Advocates Vivek Sharma & Amit Kumar for the applicant, the court observed, “Waqar Bhatti, son of Mohd Bashir Bhatti of Rajouri with criminal intention is posting objectionable comments against the security forces on social networking sites”, adding “these objections remarks/posts may create law and order problem”.
