JAMMU, Dec 19: The 5125th celebration of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta Jayanti concluded at Swami Kumar Ji Geeta Satsangh Ashram Muthi near here, today.
The five -day long celebrations started on December 15 with solemnisation of series of hawans, holding of religious discourses and Bhajan Kirtan. A large number of devotees thronged the Ashram during these days.
During today’s function Swami Kumar Ji and other saints and scholars threw light on the teachings of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, which shows the path of righteousness. They said Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta is greatest source of knowledge and one of the greatest spiritual books on earth which shows the path of salvation.
Swami Ji in his address appealed the community to perform the Sanaskars well in time.
