JAMMU, Dec 21: Two persons succumbed to their accident injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), here today.
“A pedestrian namely Sardari Lal (60) son of Chajoo Ram, resident of Ranjeet Pura (Talab Tillo), was admitted in GMCH Jammu yesterday after he was hit and seriously injured by a speeding car at Camp Gole Gujral,” a police official said, adding today at about 0300 hours, the man succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile another accident victim namely Abdul Majeed (60) son of Khazana, resident of Ashram, also succumbed to his injuries at 5 PM today. He was undergoing treatment since December 16 after he was hit and grievously injured by a mini-bus at Jewel.
The official said in both the cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
