JAMMU, Dec 24: Rotary Club, Jammu Tawi today donated a projector and a computer to Government High School (GHS), Old Satwari.
The projector and computer were formally handed over to the school authorities by SDM (South), Srikant Balasaheeb Suse, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
While speaking on the occasion, the SDM said that the projector and computer donated to the school will help teachers of the school to teach lessons to the students in an effective way. He hoped that the donated items will be put to use by the school staff.
President of Rotary Club, Jammu Tawi, Subhash Gandotra, assured the school more help in future for better education and future of the children.
PDG Gurjeet Sekhon from Rotary International District 3070 was the man behind this noble cause. Other members present on the occasion were Dr Dushyant, Jaswant Rai Gupta, Shahid, Balraj Singh, Vinay Kapoor and Ravi Magotra.
