JAMMU, Dec 27: Former Power Development Commissioner A K Raina passed away late last evening after a brief illness.
Raina, an IIT alumni and one of the most accomplished Engineer had immensely contributed in the power sector of Jammu and Kashmir for which he was awarded President’s Medal.
